The BFG                                                                                         (The Big Friendly Giant)

This is a story of a little orphan girl who was once kidnapped by a giant at night. She did not sleep that night and was looking out of the window when she saw the giant. He was carrying a big bag and a trumpet in his hands. he opened the bag, took out a jar that had many purple ball like structures in it. The giant poured those ball like structures in his trumpet and blew air in it through the window of the house of two other children. Then he turned around and saw the girl looking at him out of a window. But soon the girl came to know that the giant was friendly and not flesh-eating like the ones about which we heard in fictitious stories.

The giant took her to his home and told her that he will not leave her because he is afraid that she will tell the human world about the giants and so she will have to live with him her whole life. There was a group of flesh eating giants that lived near the giant's home. They were very big in size and also very fiercely as compared to the friendly giant. The giant told her about his food and the other giants. He ate very big vegetables called snozzcumbers. When he was telling so, suddenly one of the fiercely giants entered his house. The giant hid the girl in the desk of a table(because the giant was flesh- eating).

That night the giant took the girl to a quiet place. He told the girl that he caught dreams in the night and gave those dreams to children who were sleeping through his trumpet. He also told the girl that the good dreams were nice and stayed quietly in the jars but the scary ones hit the walls of the jar in which they were kept in order to get free from it. That's why he gave the nice dreams to the children and the scary ones to the sleeping giants. This went on for days when one day a plan to free the world from the fiercely giants came in the girl's mind......

The plan was as follows:

The girl told the giant to give the queen of England a dream in which she would see the giants and get scared of them. She will suddenly wake up and see her sitting on her room's window. Then the girl would tell the queen that her dream was true and request for killing the giants. Then the queen would accept the request and send a big army to kill the giants. The friendly giant agreed and saw for a dream like the one which was going to be used in the dream. When he found one, he put it in his suitcase, took his trumpet, helped the girl sit on his shoulder and went on to fulfil the plan.......

When they reached the palace of the queen, the giant poured the dream in his trumpet, and blew air into it and swish went the dream in the queen's room. As soon as the dream went into the room, the girl sat on the window of the room. After a while, the queen woke up and saw the girl sitting on her window. The girl told the queen that her dream was true. She also told the queen that the giants were eating humans continuously. The queen thought for a while and agreed. Many helicopters and jeeps were send to bring the giants. While the forces were going there, a super big hole was dug to put the giants in.

When the armed forces reached near the giants, they saw them sleeping. This was the best opportunity for them to capture the giants. They captured the giants with the help of the friendly giant as according to the plan and brought them to the big hole. The giants tried to free themselves from the ropes in which they were captured but they were unable to free themselves. When the helicopters and jeeps reached the hole, they dropped the giants into the hole. And do you know what they were given to eat? They were given to eat the tasteless "snozzcumbers".
